We went to the Plummer Assistive Technology Lending Library on Monday. It was incredible to learn they had over a thousand staff on the AAC and referral team looking after 80,000 pupils with SEN.
We saw the Vgo system which is a means for pupils to attend school from home remotely via a mobile robot with a camera attached. They were rightly proud of this device which they use with two students in the LA district.

Teachers from Heronsbridge School, Maes Ebbw School, Trinity Fields School and Bridgend College are going on a British Council trip to Los Angeles to find out about the EASE- Educational Arts in Special Education Program that they have running there.
